At Clear Choice Mortgages, we’re committed to keeping your data safe and we want to make you aware of our firm’s obligations and responsibilities in keeping your information secure. We’re updating our customers on the wholesale changes taking place to data protection law within the UK from May 25th 2018 due to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Below is our new Data Privacy Notice (DPN), which explains how we use and share your data. Please read it and if you have questions, please ask us to explain. We’ll be happy to reassure you on how we’re implementing the new GDPR rules and how they affect you. There’s a section in our DPN which outlines how we use your data to market to you. If you wish to update your marketing preferences, then please let us know.

As Clear Choice Mortgages is an appointed representative of Sesame Limited, this means that we may share your data with Sesame Ltd. Sharing your data with Sesame is an essential part of our process in us being able to provide financial information for you. Click here to view Sesame’s Data Privacy Notice.
